Ferrari offers a completely transparent athermic windshield in place of the conventional windshield. This windshield filters over 30% of UV light - five times more than a conventional screen. This prevents excessive heating of the passenger compartment, maximizing occupant comfort while protecting the interior trim against exposure to sunlight, and also improves fuel efficiency by reducing the load on the climate control system. This windshield does not interfere with GPS systems or RFID electronic toll payment systems.
