A dream reserved for a lucky few

This exclusive programme, which is reserved for a select few clients, allows them to drive on the world’s most beautiful and famous tracks, starring in exclusive events that only Ferrari is capable of organising.

The number of those fortunate enough to grip a steering wheel with the Prancing Horse at its centre is even smaller. The F1 Clienti department was created to allow customers to who have purchased a Ferrari single-seater to do just this, with the help of a high-level structure. The F1 Clienti technicians and mechanics are responsible for the preparation of the car, and for the fine-tuning and assistance activities. These are individuals who have worked alongside the great champions of the Scuderia Ferrari; professionals who have supported drivers such as Alain Prost, Jean Alesi, Nigel Mansell and Michael Schumacher. As soon as they climb out of the cockpit, exceptional tutors including official Ferrari Competizioni GT drivers such as Marc Genè, Olivier Beretta, Andrea Bertolini, Davide Rigon and Giancarlo Fisichella are ready to reveal to the secrets of driving and of the car to the clients, enabling them to get the most out of every moment of driving these extraordinary single-seaters in complete safety, including through telemetry analysis.

In their natural habitat

From engineers to engine specialists, wheel-changers and mechanics, around 50 people in total are dedicated to the care of the Prancing Horse’s historic single-seaters. Around 70 of these cars are kept in Maranello, in the Corse Clienti workshop, where they undergo continuous inspections and maintenance, in order to ensure that they are in always in perfect condition whenever requested by a customer. Caring for the precious specimens that have helped to build the legend of the House of Maranello across the world has always been one of the mainstays of this department, and its activities allow these single-seaters to exist in their natural habitat: the track.

Private test sessions

These are not races, but rather private test sessions, where customers are given the opportunity to drive on circuits usually used to host the Formula 1 Grand Prix in their single-seaters, which are specially prepared for the track. Before going through the gates of tracks all over the world, new clients can gain a full day's experience on the Fiorano circuit, helping them to get to know the limits of their cars in total safety, and enabling them to align themselves with a different driving style to that required by normal racing cars.
