The initial public offering of common shares of Ferrari N.V. (“Ferrari”) occurred on October 21st, 2015 at USD 52 per common share (IPO price range: USD 48 – 52 per common share) on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) operated by NYSE Euronext. On January 4th, 2016 the common shares of Ferrari were listed at EUR 43 per common share on the Mercato Telematico Azionario (“MTA”, subsequently renamed Euronext Milan) organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. following the spin-off of the Ferrari business from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. ("FCA")⁽¹⁾.
