The new Ferrari showroom opens in Moscow

Moscow, 25th September 2015 – Ferrari opened its new showroom in Moscow. The opening of the Avilon AG dealership was celebrated with a special evening where the new Ferrari 488 GTB was also presented for the first time in Russia.

The celebrations for the opening started from a private pre-party cocktail on the main square near the Kremlin with an impressive display of Ferraris which drew the attention of the crowds. The proud cavalcade of legendary cars then headed to the Volgograsky prospect, the location of the new Avilon AG dealership where the car park overflowed.

A red carpet welcomed celebrities and Ferrari owners alike from all over the world. Guests were met by Italian paparazzi and headed to a display that reproduced the atmosphere of Modena’s central piazza where, later on, the sound of a Ferrari engine announced the appearance of a yellow 488 GTB. The car was driven by Vadim Kogay, the famous Russian racing driver and the owner of the Rinaldi Racing team, whose green 458 Italia GT3 is regularly victorious in international endurance events.
