Maranello, 16 September 2024 - Cavalcade Classiche, one of the most exclusive events in the motoring world, is back for its seventh edition. From 19 to 21 September, Italy’s Friuli Venezia Giulia region and Slovenia will be the settings for a unique driving experience dedicated to owners of classic Ferraris and their cars.
Over 60 historic Ferraris will take part in a regularity race covering more than 700 km. The cars will create an extraordinary spectacle for fans as they pass through the route’s streets and squares.
Among the iconic participating models that have marked the Prancing Horse’s history, the 125 S from 1947 – the first car to bear the Ferrari name – will have pride of place. There will also be supercars that have represented the pinnacle of automotive technology over the decades, setting new standards in the industry, including the GTO, F40, F50, and the Ferrari Enzo.
The tour will start from Gorizia to visit Collio, an area famed for its hilly landscapes and fine vineyards. It will continue on through fascinatingly characterful towns such as Cividale del Friuli, Udine, Palmanova, Aquileia and Grado, each with unique stories to tell.
On 20 September, the Cavalcade will cross the Slovenian border to explore the natural beauty of the highlands and the Soča Valley. The first stop will be Idrija, a UNESCO heritage site, then Tolmin and Nova Gorica. The following day, the journey will continue through the Karst region to Trieste, where the cars will be on display in the Piazza Unità d'Italia.
This will be an unforgettable experience for the Cavalcade community, combining tradition, passion and the timeless beauty of Ferrari.
