The Ferrari 499P starring in the 2023 FIA World Endurance Championship will be joined by 8six400, the Prancing Horse Hypercar’s new partner in the seven-round world championship running on three continents.
The company 8six400 is the Ferrari – AF Corse team’s official supplier of environmentally sustainable clothing. It produces clothes and accessories primarily using plastic waste, cotton fibres and recycled tyres. This circular process aims to safeguard natural resources.
Technological innovation has also enabled 8six400 to introduce more natural materials into its cycle, which, when recycled, acquire a new use. For example, oyster shells, when processed, become insulation materials for winter jackets.
The FIA WEC season will start on Friday, 17 March, with the 1000 Miles of Sebring, before moving to Portimão and Spa in April, Le Mans in June, Monza in July, Fuji in September and Bahrain in November.
